In STON, after the bed of the equipment is tempered, it must be shot blasted for surface treatment. The purpose of this step is to remove the residue on the surface to facilitate the next step of processing. At the same time, after the surface of the metal bed is hit by the steel ball, the surface is not only smoother, but also forms a tiny depression, which is more conducive to the adhesion of paint.
Before the equipment was put into use, the paint on the surface of our equipment had a small probability of cracking or even falling off within a year, which caused great trouble to our customers and increased the cost of our after-sales service. However, since the equipment was put into use, the probability of cracking and falling off of the paint on the surface of the equipment under non-external force within one year has been reduced to 0.

For equipment parts that do not require tempering treatment, such as the bracket of the brush table of the rotary punch press, it is welded with square tubes. For such parts, in addition to spraying paint, shot blasting can improve its paint adhesion. Our shot blasting process can also improve the material properties of these parts. The bracket square tube that has been shot blasted has a stronger metal fatigue resistance and will not be easily bent when hit.

In addition to tempering of metal structural parts, shot blasting is also a necessary manufacturing process for a qualified equipment manufacturer.
