Annealing is an important process for equipment body processing, mainly used to remove the metal internal stress generated when the equipment bed structure components are cast or welded.

If the metal internal stress is not removed, after the equipment is installed,in the long-term use in the future, the bed structure will produce slight deformation under the action of internal stress.This deformation is likely to make the accuracy of the entire equipment fail to meet the requirements.
Many assembly factories that do not have their own production capabilities purchase processed beds from outside during the production process. In order to save costs, they do not have the tempering process during the manufacturing process of the bed. This results in these equipment having no problems in the early stage of use, but after a period of use, they cannot produce normally.
